In April 1957, the Chiyoda Commerce Association was established and later became the first model shopping district in Katsushika Ward.
Since 2008, we have been holding a flea market (Autumn Waku Waku Festa), which attracts a lot of people, as a place to collaborate and interact with the community.
In recent years, we have also been promoting the use of ""My bag"" as part of our waste reduction and recycling campaign.
