We are currently planning an urban development project in the Kanamachi North Exit area.
In particular, the Kanamachi Rikagaku Daigaku Shopping Association is at the center of this development, and in April 2013, we invited the Faculty of Engineering of Rikagaku Daigaku as part of this development.
Accordingly, in June 2013, the (former) Kanamachi Ginza Shopping Association was renamed the (current) Kanamachi Rika University Shopping Association.
We will continue to cooperate and develop with the University of Science in the future.
The ideal model city for Kanamachi is Kichijoji. This is because Kichijoji is home to Inokashira Park, various universities, and a leading shopping district.
The Kanamachi-Mizumoto area also has Mizumoto Park, one of the most famous natural parks in Tokyo, a university, and once the shopping town is completed, we hope to make it the Kichijoji of the East.

An event organized by the Kanamachi Station North Exit Area Community Development Council in collaboration with the Kanamachi United Shopping Association (6 shopping associations) and the Kanamachi United Town Council (6 town councils).
Collaboration with students from the University of Science, including music, food and drink stalls, and a Noh performance attraction.
